Local Authority Civil Enforcement Forum (LACEF) 2023 Conference

Trustfolio, the ‘debt-tech’ collective behind the innovative new Creditor Debt Solutions Platform being adopted by Local Authorities exhibited and joined a panel to speak, at the Local Authority Civil Enforcement Forum (LACEF) 2023 Conference.

LACEF’s 26th anniversary conference, took place today at the National Conference Centre in Solihull and brought together the largest community of public sector revenue, collections and enforcement professionals to share best practice and hear from industry experts.

Speakers this year included our own Lee Usher, who joined an Insolvency Panel discussing amongst other things what the biggest frustrations are for local authorities in this space; what resources local need to deploy to be proactive with IVAs and what impact the FCA’s Consumer Duty is indirectly having on local authorities.

The conference was only open to LACEF members.
