Trustfolio has been shortlisted for four Credit and Collections Technology Awards, putting it's debt-tech in the spotlight.

It has been shortlisted for Technology Innovator - Person of the Year (CEO Lou Yates), Best Use of Technology (its Debt Advisor Support Portal - DASP), Technology Team of the Year and Digital Business Transformation (Creditor Debt Solutions Platform).

DASP is an adviser-led, 'online anywhere' digital platform that removes the administrative burden of gathering clients’ financial information. It allows increased accuracy of information and a reduction in clients leaving support, as they can access solutions much faster.

The Creditor Debt Solutions Platform provides creditors with a single view of debt solutions portfolios, allowing them to securely automate manual administration, including IVAs. The flexible, user-friendly debt-tech enables simple and compliant management of debt solutions in-house 24/7.

Lou Yates, CEO of Trustfolio, said: “We're delighted to have been shortlisted for not one, but four awards. At Trustfolio, we're passionate that technology is the key to transforming the debt sector, resulting in empowered decision-making for consumers in debt, as well as informed decision-making for creditors, debt advisers and others in the sector. We look forward to attending the awards in November and extend our congratulations to all those who have also been announced in the shortlist.”

Lou herself has also been shortlisted as Technology Innovator - Person of the Year. She knew collaboration and technology would quickly solve many problems faced by the sector. During COVID-19, she provided digital credit reports and services to the free advice sector free of charge. This enabled worried consumers to be supported remotely. High demand showed Lou she was on to something and Trustfolio officially launched DASP as a business proposition.
